To Fix Windows can't communicate with the primary DNS server or can't communicate with the device or resource, here are two simple methods: Method 1: Open CMD (ADMIN) – Enter the following first command: netsh int ip reset Then enter this second command: netsh winsock reset Close CMD and restart your computer. Method 2: Right Click on network icon – open sharing cetnre – change adapter settings – right click on connection – properties – set ip4 and ip6 as automatically as described in this video.
