Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose) might not be the most admired pose in the yoga world but it’s probably the most wanted. It’s an important transition pose during Sun Salutations and also an amazing exercise in order to discover isometric contraction. This means that your muscles are activated though they do not change in their length. Stillness within activity. How amazing is that?!
