How to Deal with Pressure | 5MOR

When pressure comes, it always forces you to make a choice RIGHT NOW and then it only gives you bad options to choose from. In John 8,1-11 they bring a woman caught in adultery before Jesus and ask Him what to do with her, since the law tells them to stone her. They did this to find something to accuse Him for and so Jesus was under pressure and the pressure only gave Him 2 bad options - either stone her or don't stone her and thereby go against the law. So what do you do under pressure? - DON'T YIELD TO IT! Jesus doesn't yield to the pressure and takes time to hear from God instead, because only God can give you the third option, which is the right option. So next time you are under pressure, don't yield to it. Take time to become quiet, get peace on the inside of you and hear from God on what to do next. He will give you the right thing to do even in seemingly hopeless situations!
