Arm Workout:
- Super Set: Seated alternating curls (3 x 12 each arm) with 21's (3 sets of 21 - 7 lower curls, 7 upper curls, 7 full curls)
- Super Set: DB tricep overhead extensions (3 sets of 15) bench tricep dips (3 sets of 15)
- Static bicep curls: 3 sets of 10 each arm (hold one arm in curl position while you do 10 reps on the other arm and then switch)
- Tricep Dips: 3 sets of 10 or until failure
- Hanging leg raises: 5 sets of 20
