Today's workout is Chest and Triceps. These are just a few exercises we do when working out Chest and Triceps. We trained chest first then moved to triceps.
WORK OUT ROUTINE
Flat Bench Press 4x (10-12)
**(SUPER SET THE NEXT 2 EXERCISES)
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 4x (10-12)
Push-Ups 4 x (10-12)
Cable Chest Fly 4 x (10-12)
Incline Dumbbell Tricep Extension 4 x (10-12)
Tricep Kick Backs 4 x (10-12)
Tricep Pushdown 4 x (10-12)
**SUPERSET NEXT TWO EXERCISES
Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension 4 x (10-12)
Close Grip Dumbbell Press 4 x (10-12)
