Baklava
12-16 sheets thawed phyllo pastry
100g walnuts
100g pistachios
100g pine nuts
100g almonds
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ - ¾ cup clarified butter or melted butter
syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp honey
2 - 3 tbsp rose water
juice of 1 lemon
