Hiking up Soak Ash Creek

Off-trail adventure with Mike Maples taking you hiking in the old Soak Ash Community inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Also, known as the other Evans Chapel Community off the Old Settlers Trail. We enter from Tunis Creek off highway 321 about 20 miles from Gatlinburg. Best hike in winter months and in low waters. Soak Ash got it's name from the soap making using the Ash tree's.
