Please guys, I have been having this issue for a LONG time with ALL Sony products. I have deleted ALL of the previous Sony items on my laptop before downloading this. Because that is what some people say the problem is. But NOT for me! PLEASE help me. Whoever helps me do this for me... I will be there personal clip editor for life!
