For all exercises do 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps: - Close Grip Shoulder Press on Smith Machine - Incline Press with DB or on Smith Machine - BB Standing Military Press - BB Bent Over Rows - BB Front Raises - Plate Lateral Raises - Plate Front Raises - Plate Rear Delt Rows - Single Arm DB press into DB Shoulder Press - DB Lateral Raise Variation - DB Front Raise with Static Hold DO NOT forget to cool down & STRETCH for 5 - 10 mins.
