This is my raw shoulder workout, the only thing I didn’t record was behind the head military press which targets the rear deltoids. With superset of upright row into standing press to work the delts again, and with rear flies into side raises hitting the side delts and the rear again. I know that is a lot of rear delt in there but with chest day involving so much front deltoid then you need to focus on your rear delts more then the front.
