GTA 5 GUARANTEED STEAM OVERLAY BUG FIX!!!!

Hey guys! what's good?! Hope everyone is in good spirits! i am, know why? GTA 5 is here!! woohoo!! Anyways this is a video to help those who are having a bad time playing the game and cannot get the steam to overlay to work on their game session, it is absolutely frustrating, but with a bit of luck i have found the solution!
