Steam Controller Issues Quick Fix

A quick fix for various issues you may encounter with the Steam controller is having Steam overlay enabled in-game. This solved my issues of partial and full functionality loss for controller-enabled games. With the Steam overlay enabled, the Steam controller was being detected and keys were functioning properly.
