So far 53 people have been officially confirmed as dead from Sunday's tradegy in the republic of Tatarstan. Search and rescue teams worked throughout the night, and a recovery operation continues today. It's emerged that the pleasure boat was not licenced to carry passengers, with Russia's emergencies minister now saying that there were 208 people on board.
