Hope lost for sunken ship survivors, 129 believed drowned

Flags are at half-mast across Russia, as the country mourns the victims of its worst boat accident in three decades. 86 people have now been officially confirmed dead while dozens of bodies remain trapped underwater, after an overloaded pleasure cruiser sank in the Volga river, in the republic of Tatarstan on Sunday.
