Ingredients:
3.5 lb (1.58 kg) Seedless Grapes
12 oz (430 g) Walnuts
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Ginger Powder
1/4 Tsp Saffron
Preparations:
1- Wash and de-stem the grapes.
2- Unshell the walnuts and break them into smaller pieces.
3- Soak the saffron in two tbsp boiling water for about an hour.
