Going over the patch notes 0.9.12 for Path of Exile

I am going over the patch notes for the upcoming patch and giving my thoughts, with some gameplay in the back on my "wand marauder". for the people that watched my last videos, ive changed some skills around since the last time and i am now using Frenzy mainly coupled to Added fire damage, Additional Elemental damage with weapons, Improved Quantity and Improved Quality. The reason so many yellows are dropping (and the Unique at the end i recon) is that i forfeited some defense for a few IIQ and IIR items untill the patch.
