[PoE 2.2 Build] Jagarnath, Destroyer of Maps PROPHECY

Jagarnath uses Oro's Sacrifice - Cyclone - on melee kill -Discharge. Patch notes Prophecy 2.3 released: NO nerfing changes!!!!! Very efficient because resources scale cyclone and discharge at the same time. Casts can be forced by spawning worms.
