Ingredients:
200 grams of minced pork
1 cup of glass noodle, (soaked for 20 minutes before cooking)
1 tomato
1 big onion
2 tbsp of lime juice (I used 2 limes, if you wish it to be more sour you can add more lime juice)
2 tsp of sugar
2 tsp of dried prawns
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of fish sauce
1 tbsp of roasted groundnuts
2 tsp of chili sauce
4 cloves garlic
8-10 pcs bird's eye chili pepper (depending on your taste buds, if need more spicy can add more chili)
1 large chili (for garnishing)
4-5 stalks of spring onions (after cutting should get about 3/4 cup)
100 grams of parsley (after cutting should get about 1 cup)
