Fish Tempura With Orange Sauce: Ingredients for marination Fish fillet 2 pieces White pepper ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Vinegar 01 tbsp Oil for fry For batter Flour 1 cup Corn flour 1 ½ cup Egg 1 Baking powder 1 tbsp Chilled Water as required Oil 1 cup For Orange Sauce Orange juice 1 cup Water ½ cup Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp Chicken powder 1 tbsp Salt 1 pinch Sugar 2-3 tbsp Custard powder as required Method In fish white pepper, salt, vinegar mix and leave for 30 minutes. Mixflour, Corn flour, Egg, Baking powder, Salt with water & make a better thick. Now dip the fish in batter and fry it. After this mixing orange juice, water, lemon juice, chicken powder, salt & sugar and when boil then add custard powder for thickness now pour the sauce on fish and serve hot. Malai Handi With Peanuts: Ingredients: Chicken boneless 500 gm Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder ½ tbsp Paprika powder 1 tbsp Cumin seed powder 1 tbsp All spice powder 1 tsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Yogurt 1 cup Onion 3 Tomato 4 Cream 1 cup Peanut ½ cup Oil 1 cup Chopped ginger as required Chopped green chili as required Chopped coriander as required All spice powder as required Method: Take a pan & add ginger & garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, paprika powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, salt & yogurt in Chicken and marinade for 30 minutes. Now in a separate pan boil the onion &tomato cook for 10 minutes, remove tomato peel & blend it. Now in pan heat oil pour then add tomato & onion paste & cook 10 minutes and add marinade chicken & cover the pan & cook 15 minutes. When chicken well-cooked then add peanut paste & cream & cook 5 minutes. Finally garnishing ginger, green chili & coriander then serve it. Subzion ka Pulao : Ingredients: Potato 1 cup Carrot 1cup Cabbage 1 cup Peas 1 cup Capsicum 1 cup Rice 500 grams Oil 2 cups Garlic & ginger paste 1 tbsp Green chili 5-6 Fennel 2 tbsp Small Cardamom 4-5 Large Cardamom 2 pcs Nutmeg mace 1 tsp Cinnamon 2 sticks Cumin seed 1 tsp Screw pine few drops Salt 1 tbsp Chicken stock 2-3 cups Method: heat oil in pan then Add potato, carrot & cabbage in oil pan & fry till 10 minutes. Add Peas, capsicum in pan & fry 5 minutes. Then add all spices and cook for 5minutes. Add soaked rice & chicken stock in pain & cook 5 to 10 minutes. When water dry then add screw pine & steam 5 to 7 minutes and serve.
