France wants ICC investigation into ‘war crimes’ in Syria’s Aleppo

President Vladimir Putin is planning to visit Paris later this month, but it is not clear if President Francois Hollande will meet him.
The news comes as France accuses Russia on Monday of taking a dangerous line in Syria and is pushing for the Hague-based International Criminal Court to investigate possible war crimes in Aleppo.
Jean-Marc Ayrault, the French foreign minister, says Russia needs to work with France in finding a suitable outcome for the war.
