The leaders of France, Germany, Turkey and Russia have held talks to find a way to end the war in Syria. Speaking at a major summit in Istanbul, they called for Syrians to lead the way in establishing peace and a new constitution that would pave the way for elections. But major divisions remain on their approaches to end the conflict.
