By far the best squat workout I've ever had. My form, strength and speed is improving each heavy squat workout with the low bar position. Only been practicing it for about 2 straight months now. We drove out to Dayton, Ohio about a 6 hour drive from us to lift at the Animal Barbell Club Event at Larry/Jimmie Pacifico's gym.
Derek and I did the exact same warm ups all the way up to our top set. I ended up going first and nailed my top set with 881lbs for an easy double. Definitely had another rep in me. Derek went after and got it for 3 reps! Absolutely insane the gains this guy has been making since he's been training with us. Only one more heavy squat workout left in 2 weeks. Just under a month out from the meet next month on November 16th.
