Ingredients:
2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Large Egg
3/4 Cups Ice Cold Water
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
Directions:
Pour Flour into a large bowl
Crack egg into a small bowl
Beat egg
Add 1 tsp Salt and 1 tsp Sugar to egg mixture
Beat mixture again
Add 1/4 Ice cold water to egg mixture
Beat again
Pour egg mixture into flour mix with fork for 1 minute
Add 1/4 Ice cold water to flour mixture
Mix with hands for 1 minute
Add another 1/4 Ice cold water to flour mixture
Knead for 5 minutes
Sprinkle with 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour when needed
After kneading the dough for 5 minutes cover with towel and let rest on counter top for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out and cut into sections.
Use immediately or sprinkle with flour and put parchment paper between each layer, refrigerate up to 4 days or freeze.
Fry or bake.
