Easy way to add custom screen resolution in linux and permanently store them (ubuntu 16.04 LTS)

This video shows how you can change the screen resolution to any custom resolution in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS that's not available in the display settings. Sometimes the default resolution of the monitor may not be available in the display settings which may result in blurred screen and can hamper eyes.
