Movement #15: Crawl in lizad form by fingers
Movement #16: Jump up with the body straight touch 2 hands - use the soulders" power
Movement #17: Jump up like movement 16 with the the fingers (be careful with your fingers)
Movement #18: Jump up in the butterfly form
Sit in butterfly form then jump up (push your chest and belly front)
Movement #19: Streight your legs in horizontal face then change the other side
Movement #20: Crawl opposite (push up your belly and look staight)
