A warm up and mobility movement sequence by Darrell Calkins. Especially useful prior to more intensive exercise, strength or aerobic training of any kind. Can also be performed on its own as an effective, short full-body conditioning routine. Appropriate for any age or level of skill. (For a more thorough version, and also for beginners to learn this sequence, play at half speed without sound.)
