DITL Birth Doula Natural Birth & True Knot Umbilical Cord! For this birth Mama (Ciara) really wanted to have a natural unmedicated experience. She ended up going in for induction and only needed the cervix ripener! No pitocen! This is her second baby and I have known her since high school! This was my first birth where there was a True Knot in the cord! It was so awesome! All was well with baby the entire labor and delivery- nothing to fear about. Knots in the cord happen sometimes :) My favorite thing about this birth was Dad (James) getting closer and closer with his lady the farther into labor they got!
