This is an optional boss in the Iron Keep...he is pretty hard, it takes a while to get his attacks down. You can summon a spirit outside the door before the fight for some help. you have to take your time and not force any hits because he can kill you very fast. Also there is a glitch where you can get stuck in the corner.
