Dark Souls II - Walkthrough #4 - The Pursuer Boss Fight

6:15 - The Pursuer Boss Fight 10:00 - The Lost Bastille Bonfire ** I apologize that in the beginning I am not talking. I was stupid and didn't realize my mic wasn't plugged in. I figure it out after a minute or so. LoL *** This is episode 4 of my Dark Souls II Walkthrough, in which we fight the mighty Pursuer boss in the Forest of Fallen Giants. He is surprisingly fast for his large size, and can do a ton of damage very quickly if you get right in front of him. Melee Strategy: Wait for the Pursuer to charge at you, and roll to the right. Keep behind him and just out of range, and wait for him to finish his slashing attacks, and then run in to get one or two good hits in before rolling away. Rinse and repeat. Caster Strategy - Keep distance, when he charges at you, roll to the right/forward to get behind him, and then quickly roll away further as he attacks away from you, and quickly get one or two shots off on his back/side. Rinse repeat. This boss has quite a bit of health, and if you are in human form and find a phantom to help you, I highly recommend it, as the phantom can serve as a decoy as you pelt him from a distance.
