This is our Cyser Mead recipe. We will list the recipe below. 1. 22 Honey crisp apples 2. 3 lbs of Fain’s pure honey 3. ¾ tsp of Bentonite 4. ¼ tsp Wine tannin 5. 1 tsp Yeast Nutrient 6. ½ tsp Yeast energizer 7. ½ tsp Pectic enzyme 8. 1 cinnamon stick 9. ½ packet of Lavin Yeast 10.
