SATURDAY 150808 Hortman Complete as many rounds as possible in 45 minutes of: Run 800 meters 80 squats 8 muscle-ups Record 4 Rounds 42:27 as Rx'd Note : Had to stop due to palms ripped apart. Anyway, there were improvements in muscle-ups as well as records compared to last time. RIP, Horman!!
