Create a New Wordpress Admin using FTP is very easy way, just Open FTP client like filezilla and connect to your ftp account. After success fully connect with file directory you need to got wp-content/themes. Now Open the folder of the correct theme that you are using. select functions.php file download it and edit it. Copy and paste the following function: Change username, password and email to something unique. Save changes. and upload it again. Now you will able to login using your user information.
