CREAMY GINATAANG MONGGO / MUNG BEANS
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo of sticky rice
1 can of Evaporated milk 370ml
1 cup of mung beans/monggo
1 cup of 1st extract of coconut milk
6 cups of 2nd extract of coconut milk
2 cups of white sugar
2 pcs of pandan leaves
PROCEDURE:
1. Wash the sticky rice twice
2. Cook the sticky rice with 2nd extract coconut milk
3. Toast the mung beans /monggo until the mung beans turns brown in color.
4. After they turned brown, turn off the heat of stove and crush the mung beans /monggo using glasses.
5. Add the pandan leaves into boiling sticky rice and add the toasted mung beans.
6. Add 1st extract of coconut milk and the evaporadated milk into the boiling sticky rice and mix.
7. wait until the mung beans is cooked.
