This training exercise is excellent to develop super strong abs. The exercise consists in using core wheels. These durable rolling wheels will help you to work harder than ever before!
The fact of rolling/sliding down as you are keeping your body muscles engaged will help you work your shoulders, arms and abs at the same time.
Once in position, you will want to tuck in your belly button and have your knees aligned with your shoulders.
