NewsX has accessed important documents relating to Lt Col Prasad Shrikant Purohit who has been granted bail by the Supreme Court (SC) in connection with Malegaon Bomb Blast Case. We have accessed 1090 Page Army Court of Inquiry report which reveals that the Army had already given clean chit to Purohit as it didn't find that Purohit was linked to Abhinav Bharat nor did it find any illegality in the equipments procured by Purohit. 124 witnesses had given statements and about 100 witnesses were cross-examined but no case could be made against Purohit.
