Cleaning the sheath in difficult horses

Cleaning the sheath of male horses can easily be done without using medications and without danger. However there are some horses that do not like the process. The paint horse (2nd horse) in this video still objects after being medicated. Shortly after this the owner gave the horse away and then the horse kicked the new owner breaking the leg of the owner. He was subsequently euthanized.
