All male horses need this done at least once or twice a year as general heath care of the horse. NOTE: DO NOT USE OILS, VASELINE OR CHEMICALS - this is very sensitive area and you can cause swelling, damage and create huge problems. Plain water, very mild soap or commercial product designed specifically for this procedure.
