Splash of Soy Sauce
1-teaspoon Cornstarch
Sauce:
½ Cup Chicken Stock
3 Tablespoons Black Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
¼ teaspoon Sugar
Veggies:
½ Tablespoon Ginger
½ Tablespoon Garlic
1 Bunch Asparagus
Sliced Onion
Cooking Oil (I like peanut oil)
Thickening Slurry: 2 Tablespoons Chicken Stock & 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
