The Cowboys are expected to re-sign him, but if contract negotiations go south he could get tagged and traded. Would Chicago trade big for Dak? Jacoby Brissett and Nick Foles are some lower-tier QB trade targets. Brissett finished 2019 on a sour note with the Colts and Foles was a disaster in year 1 with the Jaguars.
