Some medical emergencies will require the emergency responders to carry the casualty by arms and legs. This video from the Singapore Emergency Responder Academy (SERA) will teach you how!
Two responders are required. One will lift the casualty's legs by holding the knees, while the other stands behind the victim and carries her by placing his arms under her underarms as demonstrated in the video.
SERA is dedicated to providing training and certification courses for a variety of First Aid and CPR + AED courses. We conduct corporate and public courses and have trained thousands to date.
