caroline/stefan || unconditionally

I'm not going to lie I was disappointed that the finale couldn't give us a happy Steroline reunion or acknowledge that Stefan had a right to be alive and that Damon isn't "the one" who should be there BUT it did show that Caroline meant business when it came to bringing him back so I wanted to show a vid about how Caroline is always there, will always be there, loves him and will always love him.
