Derek & Caroline // Yesterday I died

I was making the Caroline and Derek part of the multi crossover video when I imagined this story. Sorry for the crappy manips. Story: Caroline and Derek were together till one day out of nowhere he leaves her. Derek comes back to town and finds out that Caroline has moved on with Stefan. Derek and Caroline are captured and Caroline takes the opportunity to confront Derek about leaving her behind. Stefan rescues Caroline and she demands Stefan to help Derek too. Derek visits Caroline and tells her that he has come back to stay. One night in the woods Caroline and Stefan are attacked by the alpha and Derek helps them, the alpha escapes because the hunters arrive. One of the hunters shoots Derek and Caroline presumes he is dead, Stefan and Caroline escape the hunters. Caroline goes home and wants to be alone to grieve Derek but Derek appears at her doorstep alive and she lets him in. Enjoy!!
