Join me for this workout using only a chair, a Pilates Magic Circle if you have one and perhaps the Wall.
Even if you can't lie down on the floor to exercise you can still work on pulling in your stomach and your posture with Pilates exercises that are straightforward but by no means easy. Just watch me sweat while I do these exercises!
