INGREDIENTS :
For Shawarma Masala :
Cabbage Chopped - 1 cup
Carrot Grated - 1/4 cup
Tomato Chopped - 1/4 cup (remove pulp)
Capsicum Chopped - 1/4 cup
Boneless chicken pieces - 200 g
(marinate chicken with pepper powder and salt, then shallow fry)
Pepper powder - 1tspn
Salt - as per taste
Myonise - 1/2 cup or as per taste
Mix every thing together. Shawarma masala is ready.
For Bread Pockets:
Bread slices
Bread crumbs
Egg - 1
Pepper powder - 1/4 tspn
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 3-4 tbspn
