Bosch SHE5AL Dishwasher - Not draining and I already cleaned the filter - any ideas?

Hi this is a 3 year old Bosch SHE5AL dishwasher. It is not draining after the cycle, and the cycle is not running all the way to completion. I cleaned the large screen filter, the round cylinder filter and removed the white plug and can spin the impeller. I drain-o'ed the kitchen sink drain it's attached to (was clear to begin with as far as I can tell). Still isn't draining. I called Bosch, they said do a reset (hold the power button in 3 seconds). it that doesn't do it and it doesn't drain - call a service tech. Could my pump be bad or the line clogged somewhere? Thanks for any suggestions.
