The bag was found kept in the rest area meant for the passengers outside the airport. Bomb squad undertook detailed check of the bag. A wired device, suspected to be a bomb, was found inside the bag. At the same time, Bajpe police and airport security staff, which were alerted and pressed into service, are on high alert. They have been taking measures to ensure safety of people and infrastructure.
