This is what’s happening at the end of my full body strength session for a conditioning finisher... ⠀⠀ ⏰ Alternate between the below exercises for 45 seconds on/15 seconds off (for 5 rounds non stop - 10 minutes). Take a 2 minute break and repeat for about 5 rounds. And you’re done. ⠀⠀ Exercise #1 - Bodyweight and Kettlebell Combo ————— ▶️ Sit Outs ▶️ Squat Push Back ▶️ KB Deadlift Jump ▶️ KB Clean to Squat ▶️ KB Halo ⠀⠀ Exercises #2 - Plank KB Push/Pull —————— ▶️ Alternate the push pull every couple reps ⠀⠀ This is a ? 22-minute conditioning session itself or you can do it as a finisher if you want to add conditioning at the end of your strength session.
