⏰ Alternate between the below exercises for 45 seconds on/15 seconds off (for 5 rounds non stop - 10 minutes). Take a 2 minute break and repeat for about 5 rounds. And you’re done.

▶️ Alternate the push pull every couple reps

This is a ? 22-minute conditioning session itself or you can do it as a finisher if you want to add conditioning at the end of your strength session.
