Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day — its been an EXTREMELY hectic and hormonal week!
I procrastinated ALL DAY on getting my workout done but pushed past the urge to skip it, sucked it up, and made it happen after I got the kids in bed. Did I mention how excited I am for a rest day tomorrow? ;-p
DAY 20 HIGHS? I stuck to MY PLAN: http://members.bikinibodymommy.com/product-category/nutrition/ only 3 of the 5 MEALS TODAY (the weekends are TOUGH with family commitments and all the running around!), I remembered to take my MULTI-VITAMIN and FISH OIL SUPPLEMENT: http://members.bikinibodymommy.com/store/ before the end of the day, and I drank 4 liters of water … the cardio workout was tough — my body is sooooo sore — but I still made a couple of improvements in MY SCORES which I recorded in my SUCCESS JOURNAL: http://members.bikinibodymommy.com/product/success-journal/#store-title!
