Belgium: EU leaders arrive for refugee crisis talks with Turkish PM Davutoglu

European Union officials and politicians arrived for a special summit to discuss the refugee crisis with Turkish leaders, at the headquarters of the Council of the European Union in Brussels on Monday. Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu heads the Turkish delegation, while Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras also arrived for the talks alongside German Chancellor Angela Merkel and President of the European Council Donald Tusk.
