Can YouTube help me become a better fisherman? In this episode I battle the wind and birds trying to fish from the Gulf State Park Pier in Gulf Shores AL. I manage to catch a couple of croakers. I use one as cut bait and also catch a white trout. While fishing I witness the birds working a bait ball that I couldn't really see from up on the pier. It sure is fun watching pelicans dive into the water! I am using some old fishing gear that I don't mind possibly ruining in the salt. Even the snowbirds have a great place to fish during the winter months along the coast in Gulf Shores Alabama.
